How often do I need to wear retainers?
We recommend full time wear for 3 months, followed by nighttime wear for the rest of your life.
How often should I replace my retainers?
This will depend on how heavily you clench or grind your teeth at night, and how often you clean your retainers. Assuming normal wear, we typically recommend replacing them once per year.
Do you ship retainers?
We offer domestic shipping at a flat rate of $15.
