How On-Camera Invisalign Treatment Differs

On-camera professionals need orthodontic treatment planned around productions. How attachments are placed and how a tray series is sequenced around filming vary by orthodontist, and the difference shows on screen.

Most Invisalign providers place attachments wherever the algorithm suggests, including on visible front teeth, with no coordination built into the tray series for filming schedules.

Four Clinical Modifications for On-Camera Patients

Treating on-camera patients at McComb Orthodontics is not a different product. It is the same Invisalign treatment, with four specific clinical decisions made differently from a standard case.

Who This Is For

Entertainment Professionals McComb Orthodontics Treats

These modifications apply to a specific group of Invisalign patients. Not every on-camera professional needs them all. Your free consultation determines which apply to your case.

On-Camera Cases We Routinely See

The McComb Orthodontics West Hollywood office regularly treats patients from these categories:

  • Actors in film, television, streaming productions, and commercials
  • Performing artists including vocalists, musicians, and stage performers
  • Models, brand representatives, and on-camera content creators

Patients filming projects at Amazon Studios or Sony Pictures may opt to visit our Culver City Office. West side Angelenos can also visit our Santa Monica office.

How an On-Camera Case Is Planned

  • Step 1: Free 50-minute examination including iTero 3D scan, panoramic X-ray, and full facial records. The doctor reviews your filming schedule and determines which on-camera modifications apply to your specific case and bite.
  • Step 2: A ClinCheck treatment plan with modifications built in from the start: attachment placement decisions, tray sequencing around production windows, and OrthoPulse recommendation if a timeline deadline exists.
  • Step 3: Treatment with in-person appointments at our Culver City, Santa Monica or West Hollywood office. Virtual care is available through the Invisalign app for patients who are on location, touring, or traveling for extended periods.
