This place rocks. Whether there's a dental or customer service issue, they always find a way to work with us - and there are rarely issues (mostly on our end). We've had appliances re-made several times due to my kids' changing mouths, and had so much patience and help on their end when it comes to scheduling, etc. They have the latest technology, which makes everything super smooth. And of course, the work they do is effective. I'm so pleased with how their work has improved my kids' bites and teeth! Super recommend!

I'm not sure why I didn't say anything sooner but this is the best place for not just orthodontics but also as a person! Everyone here is so so so nice it makes me wanna cry sometimes because I'm being treated so well. I was having a rough start to my morning and even running late to my appointment and they gave me a small gift to lighten the day! (I believe Jasmine) I've never had anyone or any place be so nice, it melts my heart. I almost want to keep my braces just to keep seeing them. 10/10 recommend!

I've been a patient for over 3 years (pre-pandemic). This is my second rodeo with orthodontia and the team at McCombs has been extremely patient and accommodating. I have a hectic schedule and they are prompt with rescheduling when things pop up. The office is modern and the staff is extremely professional. You can tell the owners care about the staff and that they invest in their brand. They don't "oversell" on any particular service and I think that has a lot to do with the office only being focused on orthodontics. If you're looking for a specialist and you can be patient, then you can have an LA smile with time. Having been to another ortho in the bay and securing several other proposals, McCombs the most leveled in their recommendation. Highly recommend.

I wish I had the words to truly capture the experience I had at McComb Orthodontics. From the moment I walked in to the minute I left, the customer service was incredible. The attention to detail ( +cleanliness) every step of the way is out of this world. Everyone was so kind, helpful and professional. I was impressed with their technological capabilities and it made understanding my potential journey a breeze. Front desk service- 5 Stars! Patient onboarding/ imaging: the best! If you are questioning whether to visit this office, look no further! From the moment I walked in, Michaelie was so bright and welcoming and her warmth at reception calmed any nerves that I had visiting this location for the first time. Everyone was incredibly efficient during the process and explained everything to me from beginning to end - a transparency and professionalism that was so appreciated.
Extra shoutout to Franky for creating a friendly space to talk about goals, worries and any questions about the Invisalign process. He was so on top of the logistics and I can't say enough how appreciative I am for the staff at this office. I've never been so excited to return to an ortho office! It was bright, clean, and modern, so overall 10/10 experience. Seriously, if you are considering Invisalign or braces, this is the office to go to.
